The Belly

Here are some pics of the past few weeks. It has grown and it's starting to feel heavy. I still have two months left and am wondering how I will manage to get around. As of now, I can still bike to and from school and work...thank goodness for that. At least I am getting some exercise everyday.

ps
On Tuesday it's our next and last ultrasound before we get to meet the baby live. Hope all goes well! We are so excited for this ultrasound.

Hand and Footprints

One afternoon after school Enzo and I came home and started to paint. Well, he started to paint. And then he decided he wanted to do handprints and then I threw in footprints too. It was fun and messy!!

Spring Has Come...

...And we have inagurated our balcony. We love sitting there eating dinner. Just can't wait until it gets even warmer. Come on summer!

An Exam and Flowers

I had an exam a few weeks ago on calculating medicince...it was stressful! It was stressful for the simple fact that you couldn't miss a single one. Well, you could but if you did then you had to take the test all over. So, I was nervous. I wanted to get it right the first time. And sure enough I did! I was super excited. That is a total understatement. I was ecstatic. My hubby knew this and therefore came home with tulips. The flowers of spring. I love him!

Restoring

We have been fortunate to recieve two old chairs (a classic Pinn Chair 1)from Mattias' grandparents. One was his grandparents and the other one was his grandma's mothers. Too cool. Mattias has been removing all the paint off the chairs, putting a base coat and now it's just to pick out a final color. According to Mattias, one of them will be fire engine red... I totally agree. Can't wait to see the final project. Stay posted.

Ps
Let me just note it may take me a while to update with a picture at the rate I have been moving. Being on the computer hasn't been one of my priorities these days, if you haven't noticed.

Babybjörn

We pulled out the Babybjörn about a month ago. I wanted to try it on and practice what life would soon be like again. I wasn't the only one who wanted to practice. Enzo did too. Trust me, we won't let him carry the baby around in that in real life but there is no harm in practicing. Here is Enzo carrying his bunny rabbit around. Too cute!

Here's Me Catching Up!

I am tired. Tired just about all the time. It can be a combination of my practicum, school, havinga 3yr old and being pregnant or maybe it's just the pregnancy. Who knows. But my exhaustion has left me out of touch with many. I deeply apologize. I am too far behind on my emails, phone calls and blogging. Yikes! Here is me making a small effort to show you what we have been up to lately and that I am alive and well.

Enzo has grown and is so much fun! I can't believe how big he is. I cry sometimes just thinking about him growing up one day and not needing us anymore or telling us that we are his best friends. Gosh, I am going to miss these days.

Tummy is steadily growing. A lot of movement. What will it be this time? A boy? A girl? We are anxiously waiting. If anyone has any tips on names please feel free to throw some suggestions this way. We have yet to come up with name(s) we both really like. Time is ticking...

ps
bought a crib this past weekend. it's all becoming so real. soon we are parents of two wonderful, special beings!

Here are some pics of things that have happened the past few weeks, starting with most recent. Too tired to change it to chronological order.

Easter day at Farmor and Lasse's. A family pic. (We spontaneously decided to go to their house on Saturday after they had already come to visit us in Malmoe).
On Saturday we had a little Easter egg hunt (indoors) for Enzo at home with the eggs that Farmor and Lasse had brought.

Our big boy!

This picture had me in tears the other night. I kid you not, I was literally balling. Thoughts of him growing up haunted me and shook my world.
