But Aleksander Jett is 2 years old now and he is one amazing kid! He has emerged from the baby look and is transforming more into the look of a big boy! It's quite crazy!
Aleksander at 2 years old:
- He is an extremely messy eater, I am not sure I've ever seen anything like it. He eats with his entire body, it's as if he makes love to his food. I don't know. He rubs food into his legs, feet, hair, you name it.
- He is a happy guy. Forward, social and always ready to give a smile!
- He's a screamer/super loud when he wants to get his point across.
- He is funny, has quite the personality. We laugh just watching him do his thing.
- He adores his big brother, Enzo. Whatever Enzo does, Aleksander wants to do. Not only that but he always thinks of Enzo...if he grabs something he makes sure that he gets something for Enzo too.
- He carries himself with great confidence. Think he'll be the one taking care of Enzo when they get bigger.
- If you ask him a question you usually get this response: "Uhhhhhhh, No!" or "Uhhhhhhh, Ya, No!"
-He loves dogs. Everytime he sees a dog he goes "doggie, doggie, doggie!"
- He loves tractors and trucks.
- He's hooked on his pacifier. Going to try and get rid of that by Christmas. I am ready to do it now but Mattias is weak in the knees, feels bad for the kid.
There is a ton of other things and the list could go on forever but we'll stop here...
Decoration on his bedroom door.
We went down by the beach for his birthday.
And a playground, of course.
His very first picture as a 2yr old! Good morning Munchkin!
Looking at his birthday card, smiling because there's a tractor on the front. By the end of his birthday he could say "Birthday to ya!"
Opening his present.
What is it??
His birthday cake: this was hard because he is not a big sweets guy, like his big brother. So I racked my braing trying to think up what he might like. The result was a yellow/pound cake type with strawberry filling topped with frosting and gummy bears! The gummy bears was a hit for him, the cake he wasn't too interested in...as we anticipated! No worries, the rest of us enjoyed it!
Eating the gummy bears!
Birthday kisses!!
The birthday gift...a tent. Nothing he really wished for... it's tricky getting gifts for kid nr 2 when they seem to already have everything. Not sure the tent was a big hit either...
